Wenn deine Schule nicht vorgeschlagen wird, kannst du sie selbst anlegen:
- Postleitzahl eingeben
- Schulnamen ins Suchfeld tippen
Bitte wende dich an eure:n SPLINT-Admin (z.B.
This is due to our Classroom Mode. To protect personal data such as names from prying eyes, they appear blurred every time you log in to SPLINT.
By clicking the eye icon at the top right, you can deactivate this mode and make the names readable again.
On the home page, you see all your tasks at a glance.
At the top, you see which colleagues you have sent observation requests to and which ones have already been processed.
Observations that you still need to complete are shown directly below. Clicking on one of the tiles takes you directly to the respective form so you can start filling it out.
At the bottom of the page, you see the support goals for which you are currently responsible. Click on one of the tiles to go to the overview page for that goal.
On the left, you can navigate to the lists of your students and colleagues.
You can enter your school in your profile settings.
Click on the circle with your initials at the top right and select "Profile" from the menu. There, you can use the edit icon to search for your school in our database or enter the data manually.
Didn't find your answer in our FAQs? Do you have a question, need support, or want to clarify something personally? Then feel free to email us directly at: support@inklusion-digital.de
Before the data processing agreement (AVV) is confirmed, you are not allowed to enter personal data in SPLINT.
As long as your school has not confirmed the AVV, you will see a notice on your home page.
It is the responsibility of the school management to register or log in to SPLINT to confirm the data processing agreement. Remind your school management to do this if necessary.
Click on the notice, confirm your school, and you will find a suitable email template linked that you can send directly to your school management.
Yes, usually it is the responsibility of the school management to confirm the AVV. However, it is also possible for an authorized representative to do so.
In this case, the school office should be informed and able to confirm by phone, if necessary, that the person is actually authorized. It should also be known that a confirmed AVV applies to all colleagues at the school.
Yes, the school management must register in SPLINT. Only then can they confirm the data processing agreement (AVV), which is a prerequisite before working with real student data.
The role of the school management in SPLINT is mainly:
- Ensuring data protection: Confirming the AVV immediately after registration
- Responsibility for the school: Appointing admins for the school admin portal
- Keeping an overview: Even without active use, the school management can view usage at any time
The work in SPLINT is usually done by teachers or multiprofessional teams. The school management provides the legal basis by registering and confirming the AVV.
Here's how you can easily reset your password:
Go to https://splint.schule/signin
Click on "Forgot password" (yellow link) Enter your email address
You will receive an email with a link to set a new password
Tip: Please also check your spam folder!
Colleagues who want to use SPLINT in the free basic version register themselves:
Open the registration page: https://splint.schule/signup
Enter data (name, email, password)
Confirm email address (check spam folder if necessary)
Then log in at https://splint.schule/signin
Once registration is complete and colleagues have selected their school in their profile, premium users can find and involve them in SPLINT:
Via "Manage participation" in the student profile, basic users can be added as supporters.
They then receive read access to the respective student profile and can provide their assessments via the comment function.
Basic users can also receive and fill out observation forms. Their answers automatically appear in the evaluation in the student profile.
This way, colleagues without a premium license can also be actively involved in collaborative support planning.
There are different roles in SPLINT, each with different rights and responsibilities:
- School management
- registers in SPLINT
- confirms the data processing agreement (AVV)
- Admin (we recommend at least 2 people)
- manages the school admin portal
- assigns or revokes licenses
- can add new colleagues
- ensures the team can work
- Colleagues with a license (premium users)
- can create student profiles
- document observations, support goals, and measures
- create and edit support plans
- involve other colleagues in planning
- Basic users (free version, e.g., social workers, external specialists)
- have read access to student profiles
- can provide their assessment via the comment function
- can fill out observation forms assigned to them.
This can be done directly in the school management's profile, as follows: Log in at splint.schule
Click on your initials at the top right → Profile
Click the pencil next to your school name
Confirm the data → Then click on "I am the school management"
Now you can download and confirm the AVV.
You need to download the AVV twice. The second time, your name will be updated in the document.
You can find the confidentiality release directly in the student profile:
Log in at https://splint.schule
In the menu on the left, go to Students and select the relevant child.
Scroll to the section "Involved persons" and click on "Manage participation".
There you can download the confidentiality release if needed.
